Under the glass roof of Rivages, Denis Rippa’s Mediterranean cuisine sets the pace for meals, while Bar du Scribe serves classic cocktails in a subdued setting. Sunday brunch draws both Parisians and hotel guests, in the heart of a hotel steeped in history.

Seasonal cuisine, a patio terrace and an Art Deco bar shape dining at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg. Maison Blossom serves lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, while Bar du Faubourg welcomes you daily with afternoon tea, cocktails and light dishes in a setting inspired by Parisian fashion.

On the ground floor, Frame serves Californian cuisine in an open kitchen, with ingredients partly drawn from the rooftop organic garden. On Sundays, brunch brings together passing guests and Parisians, while the terrace and bar extend meals facing the Eiffel Tower.

At ground level, Le Café accompanies your meals with a menu that changes with the chef’s mood, buffet options and table service in the evening. The generous breakfast buffet brings together pastries and scrambled eggs, while the lounge bar extends the day over cocktails.

On the ground floor, Auto Passion Café serves simple, hearty French brasserie dishes in a setting frequented by car enthusiasts. The adjoining bar offers a quiet place for an evening drink, in the lively Porte d’Orléans district.

Le Meurice Alain Ducasse and Le Dalí set the pace of the house according to time and day, from breakfast to tea time and weekday dinner. In Philippe Starck and Ara Starck-designed settings, you find cuisine led by Amaury Bouhours and Alain Ducasse, on rue de Rivoli.

Under the arcades of Place des Vosges, restaurant Anne, awarded a Michelin star and led by Mathieu Pacaud, offers a seasonal menu. Breakfast is served in the lounge, in your room or on the terrace, with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, cheeses, charcuterie and warm pastries.

Under a 1930s glass roof, La Bauhinia serves breakfast and afternoon tea facing the Eiffel Tower, while Shang Palace offers Michelin-starred Chinese cuisine in a setting of silks and mother-of-pearl screens. Bar Botaniste completes the experience with cocktails inspired by Prince Bonaparte’s herbarium.

Three restaurants share six Michelin stars, from Le Cinq by Christian Le Squer to George, inspired by Mediterranean and Italian flavours, and L’Orangerie, focused on lighter seafood- and vegetable-led dishes. The wine cellar holds around 50,000 bottles, including rare vintages.

In the Jardin d’Hiver, breakfast is served facing the outdoor pool, in a bright room where pastries and fresh produce make up a steady service. In warmer months, the rooftop adds cocktails and light dining, in a setting open to Paris and the Eiffel Tower.
